Jonathan C. Curtis

Managing Member
Jonathan C. Curtis, Esq. is a corporate, real estate, and land use executive and attorney with nearly 30 years of experience in private practice and public service. As principal of Cedar Street Partners, he leads mixed-use, multifamily, commercial, and hospitality development projects, advising on complex entitlements and landmark deals. He has earned an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell for excellence in quality and ethics. An active speaker, Jonathan frequently shares his expertise in real estate and land use law at prominent institutions and conferences. He resides in Los Angeles, California.

Garret Weyand

Partner
Garret Weyand has over 35 years of experience in Southern California real estate, specializing in single-family, multifamily, and land investment. His expertise spans land acquisition, property management, and operations. Recently, he secured private financing and oversaw construction for the Misty May Volleyball Center and managed the acquisition of a large medical plaza in Reno. Notable projects include a $25 million mixed-use development in Santa Monica and a 1,500-unit apartment portfolio in Texas. Garret holds dual degrees in Finance and Real Estate from USC and resides in La Cañada Flintridge with his family.

Alexandra Hack

Partner
Alexandra Hack oversees financial underwriting and development for all projects. With nearly a decade in real estate finance in Los Angeles and New York, she previously managed a $5.5 billion commercial real estate loan portfolio at AIG Investments. Alexandra also structured financing for major projects like Madison Square Park Tower during her time at The Continuum Company. Actively engaged in the Urban Land Institute, she serves on the Leadership Council and is a Public Hearing Officer for redevelopment projects. Alexandra holds an MS in Real Estate Finance from NYU and resides in Los Angeles.
